| passion andexperience in designing new product for the Videogame industry since the early ’80. |

| Operating in Asia since the end of the'80, in several years of cooperation and partnership with local factories in |
| China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, they experienced firsthand the difficulties involved in manufacturing a product |
| in the way they wanted to be done. These gained experiences and knowhow later became the base of their |
| project: a company supporting design house in the whole product processing in Asia, with no compromises on |
| quality and with the right price. |
